Since 2000 Nvision Coaching and Facilitation has seen Dorothy, her team and Associate Coaches work within a diverse range of organisations.
Dorothy Larios and her Associate Coaches honour and work in accordance to the Code of Ethics of the International Coach Federation.Dorothy is an ICF credentialled coach ACC (Accredited Certified Coach) working towards her PCC (Professional Certified Coach) Accredited with the Association for Coaching, she holds a position as an assessor and is a trained Professional Coach Supervisor. Dorothy is passionate about supporting people who face challenges and enjoys her work with private and executive clients.
Her coaching involvement has been with NHS Mentoring for the Department of General Practice and Primary Care, Health Service Journal, NACVS facilitation of Action Learning and as an Associate Coach for Coaching on Call working with multi national executives in the retail and market research sectors and with Coaching in Partnership within a major, global pharmaceutical company.
Jan Hall is an experienced coach, facilitator and trainer. She coached executives in the UK, Ireland and Singapore as part of a post-merger leadership programme in a major pharmaceutical company and she has coached individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. She was also a facilitator/trainer with the national NACVS (now NAVCA) Action Learning for Managers Project.She has a particular interest in Action Learning and has trained facilitators to deliver change interventions using AL in over 30 organisations in the public and health sectors in the UK and Ireland. She also edits ‘SetMatch’ an online AL service and she is a consultant to the International Foundation for Action Learning.
Her passion for supporting professional development led her to co-found various local and national groups including ALF (Action Learning for Facilitators).
Geoff Allan is a NLP Coach (ITS) and holds a MSc in Management. He has coached CEOs and managers for over 25 years with experience in Education, Healthcare, Engineering and Aviation. Geoff has an encouraging, challenging, reflective and non-directive coaching style whilst facilitating his clients to problem solve, implement strategic plans or improve communication skills. Geoff is at present working on his PhD with Sussex University, researching e-learning and coaching for managers.
